How do I disable the captcha (anti-spam) image?
To disable the security image that shows when submitting a new ticket:
- login to the staff interface using an administrator account,
- under "Help Desk settings" change "Use anti-SPAM image" to OFF,
- click "Save changes" button at the bottom.
If your help desk is publicly accessible via the Internet you should consider enabling at least anti-spam question to prevent robots submitting SPAM tickets.
