Several functions not working after update
Problem
After upgrading HESK you find that several functions are not working, such as:
- selecting dates in Reports,
- selection of Categories in Ticket View,
- cannot change the default language,
- cannot change owner,
- cannot modify your profile,
- and similar ...
Solution
This usually happens when you upgrade HESK but your browser is still using old (cached) Javascript files. Try this:
- open your HESK admin panel,
- force reload HESK in your browser (CTRL + F5) and try again,
- if still no luck, try clearing your browser cache,
- if still no luck, make sure you have all the correct and up-to-date Hesk files uploaded to your server.
