How do I prevent customers from re-opening closed tickets?
To prevent any closed tickets from being opened again by the customer set "Reopen tickets" to OFF in your help desk settings.
If you want to do this on a per-ticket basis you can lock an individual ticket by clicking the lock icon when viewing the ticket from the staff interface.
