Setting up OAuth in Hesk
This guide works with Hesk version 3.4.0 and newer. To use OAuth, please upgrade to the latest version of Hesk.
Setting up OAuth (modern) authentication requires a bit of work and configuration; please be patient.
As of version 3.4.0, Hesk supports OAuth 2.0 (also known as "Open Authorization" or "Modern Authentication") for sending and receiving emails (SMTP and IMAP).
Before using OAuth in Hesk, you must register an OAuth Provider in the Hesk admin panel under Tools > OAuth Providers.
